Overlooking the Espuna National Park, the plot is approximately 12 kilometeres from Pliego near Mula. The plot is set on a plateau of which there are three approximately 55,000 square metres set amongst Almond and Pine trees with stunning views to the mountains and valley. A septic tank has already been installed, water and electric can be connected nearby. Plot one has already been constructed with all main services. On our plot a caravan is presently on one as is a block built store which will remain on site.
