Country House

This concrete construction has 30m2 and needs to be completed, there is also a possibility to add another 20m2.  There is mains water (irrigation water) and the plot of nearly 2100m2 is fully fenced. There is no electricity so a solar system is required, a complete off grid set can be bought at Obramat for just under 7.000 euro (this even includes a back up generator).  There is a cesspit made with good pipes. It is currently registered as a warehouse, but once completed (adding a bathroom and kitchen) you can change it to a house.  There are about 15 olive trees, and furthermore there are peach, almond, medlar and pistachio trees and laurel. There are also 2 fenced of areas to keep for example chicken.
